The Local, headquartered in Stockholm, runs news and information sites targeted at international residents and global nomads in 9 European countries.
The Local’s largest market is France, followed by Sweden and Italy. Membership of The Local costs €49.99 per year or €4.99 per month at full price. The Local had 13,100 members at the start of 2020. Around 40% of members are on an annual subscription.
