Police phone line down after IT glitch
The police authority's non-emergency phone number 114 14 was not reachable early on Monday morning, after an IT glitch knocked out the line and the border control system.
Four flights carrying a couple of hundred passengers were held up at Arlanda Airport on Sunday, until the main problem was resolved in the afternoon.
But the TT newswire reports that on Monday morning, the 114 14 switchboard was still having problems.
The 114 14 number is usually used to report non-urgent crimes to the police. Anyone who wishes to contact the police can still do so via their website, or by calling 112 (which is still working) in case of emergency.

Electricity prices on their way down after record week
Increased demand pushes up prices, and last week was the most expensive for electricity since at least 2012, writes the TT news agency. But they are again on their way down as temperatures slowly start to edge up this week. In southern Sweden, electricity is set to reach the price of around 0.64 kronor on Monday, and 0.45 kronor in northern Sweden – less than last week, when the average price fluctuated between around 0.70 and 1 krona.

Sweden to offer Covid-19 vaccine telephone booking
All of Sweden's 21 regions will offer the chance to book appointments via the phone to get vaccinated against Covid-19 – once vaccinations of over-65s get under way. This means they will not have to book online, or need digital identification such as BankID.
This was reported by Swedish radio broadcaster SR's news programme Ekot on Monday morning. The exact procedure will vary across the regions: some will use a central phone line, some will offer booking directly at local surgeries (vårdcentral), and some will additionally make it possible to book online via 1177.se without BankID.
The Local is looking into what the procedure will be for foreign citizens in Sweden who don't yet have a personnummer.

Swedish police report 100-guest party under pandemic law
Malmö police reported a birthday party for over 100 people to the pandemic inspection unit, for breaking the eight-person rule imposed under Sweden's pandemic law.
Police were called to Amiralen, a party venue in central Malmö, shortly after 8pm on Friday night after a dispute broke out among guests. Once there, they found tables laid for between 100 and 150 people, but said that everyone left the venue quietly.
Anna Carlsson, who is the national coordinator inspections under the new law, told Swedish Radio that it was unlikely that the organiser would be fined for a first time offence. "If it happens again, the regional authority can go forward with additional measures, such as that they might have to pay some kind of fine," she said.
