Vienna entered its second lockdown of the year on Tuesday, but there were signs of life on the city's streets.

From Tuesday, November 17th, new rules mean Austrians are only supposed to leave the house for a limited set of reasons such as essential work, food shopping, exercise or seeking medical attention.
