With the Spanish tourism sector decimated by the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly international tourism affected by changing lockdown and quarantining rules, industry leaders have come together to offer a number of package deals that they hope will both entice travellers and ensure that they can enjoy the promotion in a safe environment.

Tourists taking advantage of the promotion can choose from a range of different hotel and apartment accommodations and dine at a selection of 25 bars and restaurants across the city for just €209 a week.

The promotional scheme, jointly offered by ABRECA and COBRECA restaurants, the Rosemberg Real Estate Agency and the Nicaragua Apartments, was outlined in a statement on the group’s website:

"The tourist will have a complete experience of Benidorm, being able to stay in apartments of Inmobiliaria Rosemberg or Apartamentos Nicaragua and have breakfast, lunch and dinner in any bar, restaurant and cafeteria that is a member of ABRECA and COBRECA and adhered to this project.”

The promotion will run from October 14th until March 31st 2021, and various offers for groups and different combinations of accommodation and dining are offered on the promotion’s website
