What are the most future-proof jobs in Sweden right now?
Nurse, electricians and carpenters will be among the most sought-after professions in five years' time, according to the latest forecast from the Swedish Public Employment Agency (Arbetsförmedlingen).
The agency has released its annual list of the professions where there should be a good chance of finding work over the next five years.
EDITOR'S PICKS:
The healthcare sector is one area where there are forecast to be many job opportunities between now and 2025, including vacancies for nurses, doctors, assistant nurses, and midwives.
Other in-demand professions will be teachers, engineers, and IT specialists, and the future also looks bright for electricians, chefs, mechanics and welders.

"The economy is in slowdown and unemployment has been rising in recent months. But despite this, the labour market outlook is good for jobs requiring qualifications," said analyst Ida Karlsson.
"Above all, it is a trained workforce that is in demand, and upper secondary education is the most important. If you also have a vocational education from high school or college, job opportunities are usually extensive. We also need to train ourselves to a greater extent in order to keep up with the labour market," she said.

Factors affecting the changing labour market include an aging population and technological developments. Jobs in banks, working at cashiers or in cafes are expected to have high competition due to structural changes in these sectors.
The forecasts were based on interviews with thousands of employers across the country, as well as other measurements.
