One dead and six injured in crash on Swedish highway
A young woman has died in a collision involving three cars on a Swedish highway that also left six others injured.
Seven people including the woman were taken to hospital on Sunday evening after the cars collided on the Riksväg 40 road east of Ulricehamn.
"Two cars came together from the side, and then another car hit them from behind," Göran Carlbom from the Swedish police explained to SVT.
The woman who died was driving the car that collided with the others from the back, and the passenger in her car was seriously injured.
Of the remaining five people, one is seriously injured and four have minor injuries.
