This might be the best drone footage out of Norway ever
Has drone footage reached a new height of beauty?
We’ve seen some amazing drone footage shot in Norway before, including a heavy metal video filmed on top of Trolltunga, stunning views of the Arctic midnight sun and even a drone’s playful run-in with an elk.
But perhaps no Norwegian drone footage is quite as stunning as a new video showing the absolute splendour of the Kjerag mountain peak above the Lysefjord.
Shot by drone pilot Espen Hatleskog, the video begins with sweeping nature shots before showing a group of daredevils balancing on Kjeragbolten, a boulder wedged in a crevasse nearly 1,000m above the fjord, and base jumping from the peak’s heights.
