Zlatan is Sweden's most dangerous online celeb
Sweden's star striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic is not just a threat to his opponents on the pitch. He is also the world's most dangerous viral Swedish celebrity, according to fresh statistics.
The Paris Saint-Germain footballer topped Intel Security's list of the most dangerous Swedish celebrities on the internet.
Typing his name into a search engine carries a 9.58 percent risk of landing you on a virus-infected website.
"Every tenth link, when you searched for Zlatan, led to something that is harmful. Exactly what the damage would be differs from link to link," Christoffer Callender, security expert at Intel Security, told Swedish newswire TT on Wednesday.
The survey 'Most Dangerous Celebrities', which is based on statistics put together by the company's own data centre, ranked Dutch DJ Armin van Buuren (17.92 percent) as the world's biggest virus risk to your laptop, followed by singer-songwriter Luke Bryan (17.64) and rapper Usher (16.67).
Just behind Ibrahimovic in Sweden were Nordic pop group Abba, closely followed by Swedish cult rocker Yngwie Malmsteen.
A total of 9.44 percent of all web links leading internet users to the 'Waterloo' legends were found to be infected by viruses or computer malware.
Other names on the list were two of the Swedish Royal Family's favourite electronic artists, Icona Pop and Swedish House Mafia.

"The bad guys keep abreast of the most clicked-on celebrities. Clicking on malicious links can result in everything from advertising to your credit card details being stolen," said Callender.
It is not the first time Sweden's top footballer has proven to be a danger to the world wide web. When PSG were drawn in the same Champions League group as Malmö FF last month his former club's homepage crashed as fans flocked to snap up tickets.

Ibrahimovic later made headlines when he revealed he would be booking the main square in Malmö to put up a big screen TV for fans who did not manage to get tickets to the highly-anticipated match in November.
"More surprises await that day," he promised on Facebook. "I'm on my way..."
