Zlatan's mega mansion sold to NHL hockey star

Zlatan Ibrahimovic's lawyer has confirmed to The Local that a contract has been drawn up to sell the Swedish star striker's home to NHL ice hockey player Carl Söderberg.
The Sweden and PSG player's property has been on the market since April 2013, after the footballer snapped it up for 30 million kronor ($4.73 million) six years earlier.
Legal documents published in southern Swedish newspaper Sydsvenskan suggest that ice hockey star Carl Söderberg is set to buy it from the striker, for the same price Ibrahimovic paid back in 2007.
"I can confirm the existence of the legal documents that have been published, but I cannot say any more than that," Ibrahimovic's lawyer Fredrik Bogren told The Local on Thursday.

The mansion is an 836 metre square building on a 1,854 metre square plot of land. It was built in 1912 and boasts a view over the Öresund strait, the waterway between southern Sweden and Denmark.
It features an Italian kitchen, three large living areas, a private TV room, five bedrooms, and three bathrooms.

But Ibrahimovic has been struggling to sell the home, which he and his family stopped using two years ago after relocating to France.
The football star is Sweden's top goal scorer in history and regularly grabs also headlines for his unconventional quotes to the media and on-the-pitch outbursts.
Most recently he was suspended for three matches for a foul-mouthed critique of his adopted homeland, following a Ligue 1 match in Nantes.
Carl Söderberg, 29, is a Swedish professional ice hockey player who hails from Malmö.
He is currently playing for the Boston Bruins of the National Hockey League (NHL) and is estimated to earn more than 8.2 billion kronor ($1 million) a year.
