You could sit at home on your sofa and eat chocolate all week since it is Easter. And if you did, we wouldn't judge you. But why not check out some of the more unusal art, sport and music events taking place across the country?
Gothenburg city museum is putting on an exhibition designed both for and by past and present inhabitants of the west coast's capital. According to the Urbanum project's website, it will delve into questions such as: "What have they left behind that is worth preserving? And what sort of place will the city be in the future?". You can join in the discussions on social media using the hashtag #urbanumgbg.
Malmö meanwhile is hosting the IIHF World Women's Championships in ice hockey. Sweden is hosting the tournament for only the second time in its 25-year history, with the matches taking place at Malmö Isstadion and Rosengårds ishall. Tickets are still available for the final games if you fancy a slice of the action.

You can take a trip back to the '90s in Stockholm on Good Friday when Debaser Medis prepares to host a new retro night from the decade that brought the world the likes of the Spice Girls, Ace of Base, the Backstreet Boys, Nirvana and Shaggy.
Or if you really can't get enough of Easter, why not head to open-air village Skansen on Djurgården, which is hosting a seasonal market crammed with delicious treats and plenty of activities for all the family.
