A clip of a man who seems quite embarrased to be caught at the premiere of Fifty Shades of Grey is quickly going viral. See it here.

As The Local reported last week, the Fifty Shades of Grey movie has whips and blindfolds flying off Danish shelves as Danes openly embrace their adventurous sexual fantasies.

But not everyone seems to be equally liberated.

A Danish man was caught on camera looking awfully embarrassed to be seen at the Aalborg premiere of the Fifty Shades film, which has been panned as dull ‘housewife porn’ by critics and is largely drawing female audiences in Denmark.

During a news segment from local broadcaster TV2/Nord, a middle-aged Aalborg woman is getting interviewed when a man walks out of the theatre and seems quite uncomfortable about being caught on camera attending the erotic film. He’s seen stopping dead in his tracks before lingering awkwardly and ultimately making a quick run for it just as the woman being interviewed talks about why men are staying away from the movie.

Since it was uploaded on Tuesday, the painfully awkward 22-second clip has been seen more than one and a half million times and racked up nearly 2,000 comments, mostly poking fun at the unfortunate man’s embarrassment.

“That guy knows he just got his man card revoked… permanently,” wrote one YouTube commenter.

“I don't know why he's so embarrassed. He knows we can't see the butt plug, right?,” wrote another.

Other came to the Aalborg man’s defence.

“Nothing wrong with this man watching Fifty Shades of Grey. Men are not supposed to be conventionalized by archaic gender roles. People are individuals, not herds of cattle,” wrote one viewer.
