Leipzig police seek testicle biter
Police in Leipzig are looking for a ball buster after a man arrived in hospital with a bite to the nether regions.
"Normally, we only hear about this when it comes to monkeys," they reported on Wednesday.
Police were called to the scene of a fight to find a drunken man bleeding from a very sensitive area.
"The victim was able to go to the clinic and could leave the same day," a Leipzig police spokesperson told The Local on Thursday.
The victim and another man were on their way home from a party when heated words escalated into a fight. The perpetrator bit through the denim of the victim's jeans to draw blood from his scrotal sack.
"We still don't know what they were fighting about," said the spokesperson, adding that the victim had a blood alcohol level of 0.25. A blood alcohol concentration of 0.08 is considered too drunk to drive.
According to Bild, the only thing the 45-year-old man nursing his injury knows about his opponent is that his name is Axel.
The police spokesperson said on Thursday there are so far no new leads and the suspect remains at large.
