A new survey of expats has revealed what makes them happy they chose to move to France, but also what still drives them nuts about living in their adopted country. How many of these do you agree with?

Expats all have their lists of what's great and what's not so great about living in France, whether its the joys of fine dining or the torment of not being properly pronounce any French word containing an 'R'.

A new survey from expat network InterNations, which is based on answers from hundreds of expats, has revealed what we love and loathe about their new life in France.

The same survey was carried in in numerous other countries allowing us to compare how expat life in France shapes up with our counterparts in around the world.
