Stockholm bus spontaneously combusts
A passenger bus burst into flames in central Stockholm on Thursday, leaving shocked passengers, police, and traffic authorities alike scratching their heads.
A passenger bus on the island district of Södermalm, Stockholm caught fire on Thursday morning. The bus was completely in flames when police arrived.
"There was a huge bang. It sounded like a bomb," a witness told newspaper Aftonbladet.

The bus driver evacuated the bus after she smelled smoke, and no one was injured in the fire. After the bus was evacuated the smoke quickly developed into massive flames, and then the back end exploded.
The cause of the fire is still unclear. The road where the incident took place, Ringvägen, has been blocked since then.
The bus operator, Stockholm Public Transport (SL), stated that the bus manufacturer, Keolis, will be investigating the cause.
