'The Fox', the viral hit by Norwegian duo Ylvis, is back on iTunes after they reached an agreement with the unnamed third party who had alleged copyright infringement.

The song was pulled from iTunes, the online music shop run by Apple, last week as it passed 20m views on Youtube.  It has since passed the 30m mark and become the top download on both Spotify and WiMP in Norway.

Arne Svare, co-owner of Concorde, the company which produces the talk show hosted by the two brothers, Bård and Vegard Ylvisåker, said that the third party had not contested either the song or the concept.

"It is certainly not about that," he told VG on Monday night after the song went back on iTunes. "There has not been any drama or mystery over this, just a little paperwork."
