Doc gifts dildo to woman with sore shoulder
A young woman in Ludvika in central Sweden went to the doctor complaining of a sore shoulder but instead of receiving care for her sore limb she was invited to his home and given a sex toy as a present.
"I thought that he was kind and wanted to help me," she said to the local Dalarnas Tidning (DT) daily.
Her visits to the clinic had become progressively longer and often extended beyond opening hours, according to DT.
After several visits to the doctor the offer was made that the woman could receive additional care for her shoulder free of charge at his home.
However instead of further treatment she was offered coffee and a present - a dildo that the doctor said was intended to "boost her self-esteem".
"My reaction was a hysterical laughing attack. The doctor then wondered if it was the wrong colour and asked if I would rather have a blue dildo instead of the pink one."
The doctor also began to talk about the woman's breasts and other body parts, encouraging her to look at herself in the mirror. She then hurried out of the doctor's home.
Following the incident, the doctor continued to contact the woman by phone and email, suggesting a repeat visit together with a friend.
The young woman became scared of her surroundings and isolated herself in her home, in fear of running into the doctor if she were to venture into town.
After a week the young woman's mother managed to prise the story of the incident out of her and she promptly called the clinic to complain at the treatment.
The doctor has since been fired from his job and the matter has been reported to the county authorities.
