Thief comes clean and empties undies of loot

A 31-year-old thief admitted to charges of aggravated theft in the middle of a remand hearing in Skellefteå in northern Sweden, and proceeded to produce his ill-gotten gains from his underpants.
"This is the first time someone under arrest produces suspected stolen goods in the middle of a remand hearing," Lars Persson at Skellefteå police to the local Norran daily.
The man stood accused of having burgled a residence and stealing narcotics-classed medicines.
He denied the charges of aggravated theft, until his change of heart when he faced the remand hearing in Skellefteå district court.
The man changed his plea and admitted to the offence.
The court was treated to a further surprise when the man began to rummage around in his trousers and ultimately handed over the stolen goods.
