The form of 14th century Japanese drama known as Noh Theater is one of the most unique styles of performance in the world. One of the most intriguing aspects of Noh Theater is the costumes the male-only cast wear as they gesture on the stage. Between the Pilings of Venice - Modern Design from the Lagoon Posts
Every so often Venice's foundation needs to be replaced. Instead of tossing the oak posts, which extend up to 10 metres in length, the Italian design firm Riva 1920 created a line of furniture out of them.
