Two charged with rape of 16-year-old
Two men, aged in their twenties, have been charged with the rape of a 16-year-old girl in Höör, north of Malmö.
The girl was reportedly intoxicated, and had gone to the toilet where she was vomiting. The two accused allegedly forced their way into the toilet, and removed the girl’s clothing, before repeatedly raping her, in turn, according to the indictment.
Chief prosecutor, Bengt Åsbäck, said in his summons that the men had shown particular disrespect through both participating in the assault of the plaintiff, in a locked room, the Svenska Dagbladet newspaper reported.
The men have been charged with aggravated rape. Both men have admitted that they had sexual intercourse with the girl, but they deny criminal action.
