Telenor to sell iPhones in Sweden

Norwegian telecom operator Telenor has signed a deal with Apple to begin selling the US multinational's popular iPhone in Sweden, Denmark and Norway.

Telenor said in a statement that further details about the agreement would be released at a later date.

Currently only Swedish-Finnish telecom operator TeliaSonera is licensed to sell the popular handsets on the Swedish market.

The first iPhones were sold in Sweden in July last year.
