Ryanair to add new flights from Västerås airport
Ryanair announced this week plans to open two new routes from Stockholm Västerås airport to destinations in Germany in Spain.
Starting March 30th, the budget airline will have three departures a week between Västerås and Düsseldorf’s Weeze airport.
Another two Rynair flights a week to Girona airport near Barcelona will start operating from Västerås starting June 4th.
“Ryanair is extremely happy to be able to offer our passengers these exciting new routes,” said the airline’s head of sales and marketing in the Nordic region, Ashley Casey, in a statement.
A one way ticket to Barcelona from Stockhlm Västerås is expected to cost 219 kronor ($26), including taxes and surcharges, while flights to Düsseldorf will cost 109 kronor.
