The Local's bumper Christmas quiz
As 2008 slowly goes the way of the dodo, it's time once again for The Local's annual Christmas quiz.
Can you remember all the crucial happenings in January, the eyebrow-raising days of June, or the oddness of August? If so, you may be just 25 questions away from seasonal perfection.
Prize giveaway
In keeping with the festive spirit, we have four copies of Det kungliga året 2008 ('The Royal Year') to give away. Written by outgoing Royal Court veteran Elisabeth Tarras-Wahlberg, the book offers an entertaining review - in Swedish, English and German - of a year in the life of the Swedish royal family.
If you would like to enter the prize draw, please send an email to [email protected] with the correct answer to quiz question 1 in the subject line. And don't forget to also include your postal address.
Once the food has been eaten and the tinsel shaken off, we will put all correct answers in a hat and pull out the names of three lucky winners.
Update, January 5th: The prize draw is now over and the winners have been notified.
