He man was held on suspicions of filming himself having sex with a 14-year-old girl and lost his job while in custody.

The district court in Lund at first convicted the man of child rape and child pornography crimes.

But he was later acquitted of the first charge by the court of appeals, which ruled that he couldn’t have known that the girl was under the age of 15.

The man met the girl on the internet, and at the time she claimed she was 16-years-old.

The man wants 100,000 kronor for suffering; 80,000 kronor for lost income; and 100,000 kronor for losing his job, writes the Sydsvenskan newspaper.
