7 Sins becomes 7 summer sins in the summer. Hmmm. What could that possibly refer to? Sunglasses indoors, white socks with flip flop sandals, denim shorts, BBQ stains on white shirts, frosted cocktails, rosé wine straight from the bottle and dehydration? Well you'll just have to go to Storan to see for yourself. The theme for the night is surf and entrance is free.
The successful club "Replokalen i Gårda" will transform into "Gårda Sommarkollo (Summer Camp) Experience" for the summer. To our delight they’re camping out at Uppåt Framåt. We’re really digging the new outdoor terrace there. With rock steady, reggae, ska, soul and punk on the speakers this can only be a perfect evening out. Not east because it makes a great setting to write home about: Hello Muddah, Hello Fadduh, Here I am at Camp Gårda. Camp is very entertaining. And they say we'll have some fun if it stops raining.
Locus has been running on the second Saturday every month for as long as we can remember. The deep electronic music club is always a sure fire hit on the urban Gothnburg club scene. Locus Sounds System will play music that will make your heart beat feel more at peace, your feet boost with energy and your mind refill with electro lovin’. Go go go!
Ok, so this is not really a club in that sense, but for the last few days of grey clouds and winds that resemble those of chilly days in late October, this is the perfect place to find shelter. The beer is kind of expensive and the place is kind of small ... but it is friendly and it’s homely and chic. Tonight CMY will be playing house and slick techno beats.
Bibb has an ability to meld traditional blues styles with more contemporary sounds. His last album "Get Overboard" is an exploration ofthe place where blues meets gospel and soul. Bibb´s performances are always filled with soul, heart and a feel for the music. The genre is almost irrelevant. He is quite simply a star. Nefertiti is the destination tonight.
