Sweden sells property giant Vasakronan
Sweden said on Thursday that it had sold real estate firm Vasakronan to AP Fastigheter for an undisclosed sum as part of the country's biggest ever privatization programme.
Financial Markets Minister Mats Odell did not give a sum for the sale, but said the government had got "a very good price" and that the deal made good industrial sense.
AP Fastigheter is the real estate arm of the country's state pension funds.
Odell said the value of property sold in the deal was 41.1 billion kronor ($6.9 billion).
