SVT to televise Engla funeral

Sweden's national broadcaster SVT has said it will provide live coverage of the funeral of murdered 10-year-old Engla Juncosa Höglund.
The girl disappeared on April 5th near her home in Stjärnsund in north central Sweden while cycling home from a game of football with her friends. She was found murdered a week later.
Engla's mother, Carina Höglund, said the live broadcast would enable everybody to participate in the memorial ceremony. It was also a way of thanking the general public for the support the family had received, she said.
The funeral service will begin at 11 o'clock on the morning of May 10th in Stjärnsund Church.
