Stockholm clubs and concerts: Thursday - Saturday
Weekend club and concert tips from Kalendarium (Click links for more information)
Yelle returns to Stockholm! Erik Dallgren and Sandra Bergman are Stockholm’s new indie-kings. This time they have really outdone themselves and invited both the electro pop princess from Bretagne and the Swedish wonder kids from Boeoes Kaelstigen. Smoke machines and lots of dancing.
Street at Hornstull transforms into a dance floor to celebrate the release of Sophie Rimheden’s latest album “Traveller.” Otur will also perform live. Excellent electronica that makes it hard to stand still.
We have been jealous of Gothenburg’s fav club Ny tid Ny strid for a long time, but now it’s finally our turn! The sisters in Ectoplasm Girls are playing play live on Thursday night at the opening of ‘This must really be the place sugar!’
Danish Turboweekend bring their beaty disco, heavy moog synths and epic lyrics to town. The Danish trio is backed up by Håkan Lidbo, Jo-han from Krazy Fiesta, Kvinnosaksklubben and AndyCap. A dance party of rare quality on Friday at Debaser Medis.
Kawaii! Club Shibuya invites its guests on a trip from Allhuset by Frescati to Tokyo. J-pop, j-rock, eurobeat, trance, R&B, hiphop, all in a Japanese-style until the glow sticks go out.
Cut Copy play in Stockholm. Vice and Svenska Musikkluben are organizing the concert and party at Berns. A live show nobody should miss.
