Woman 'threatened' by doctor's text messages

A doctor on a temporary assignment at a local clinic in Småland has been reported to police for sending offensive text messages to a female patient.
The woman has sought care for a common ailment and the following day the doctor began sending her messages.
The Småland County Council claims the doctor has abused his position and the woman felt violated and threatened by the doctor, according to Swedish Radio.
Both the council and the woman have reported the doctor to police.
