Probe into porn-surfing police

An internal police investigation is underway after the National Police Board said it suspected 39 police officers and civilian police workers of surfing for pornography at work.
The board said it had carried out its own probe into porn-surfing police staff during the autumn, Metro reports.
All cases under investigation involved hardcore porn. In certain cases, the material had been viewed over a period of many hours.
The internal investigations will now decide whether the porn-surfing staff should face formal disciplinary tribunals.
