17-year-old held for knife attack

A 17-year-old boy has been held by police in Täby on suspicion of attempted homicide. His victim, a boy his own age, is being treated at Karolinska University Hospital for stab wound to the throat and stomach. His condition is said to be serious but stable.
Shortly before 1am police received reports of an outdoor stabbing incident in western Täby.
The suspect disappeared but was arrested several hours later. Witness reports have so far not provided any answers as to possible motives for the attack.
"We don't really know what happened," said police spokesman Anders Tellin.
