Eight-year-old boy found
A major police operation in Sundsvall has come to an end after an eight-year-old boy who had gone missing was found to have slept over at a friend's house.
Police dogs were brought in to help search for the boy, who was reported to have left his friend's house at 9:30pm on Thursday.
"Right now we do not suspect foul play," a police spokesman told news agency TT.
The boy had been reported missing by his parents after not returning from the house of another friend. Police drafted in extra resources to help with the search after he still had not turned up on Friday morning.
