Dismembered body found in Stockholm

Police are to launch a murder investigation after a body was found in a wooded area in the Stockholm suburb of Alby early on Wednesday afternoon.
The dead body is reported to have been dismembered. Newspaper Stockholm City reports that the body was discovered wrapped in plastic inside a sports bag.
"The circumstances mean that we do not know whether the victim was a man or a woman," police spokesman Joakim Caryll told the newspaper.
