Gale force winds leave thousands without electricity

Gale force winds caused power cuts in around 4,000 homes in southern Sweden on Thursday night and Friday morning.
Meteorological agency SMHI has warned that coastal areas and lake districts can expect further strong winds throughout Friday.
Stormy weather is also forecast for the mountainous regions of northern Sweden.
According to emergency services, the harsh weather does not seem to have caused too many problems for the general public.
