Cash machine blown up at university
An ATM at Stockholm University was blown up in a suspected robbery on Monday night, police have told Svenska Dagbladet.
The cash machine was destroyed by a "significant" amount of explosives, leaving surrounding property damaged, police have said. The explosion, at 3:30 am on Tuesday, set off the university's security alarm.
Nobody was hurt in the attack at the university, which is situated on a green field campus in the north-eastern outskirts of Stockholm.
Police are to carry out a full investigation of the scene on Tuesday morning. Nobody has so far been arrested. It has not been revealed whether the robbers made away with anything.
