Al fresco sex 'was epileptic seizure'

A 49-year-old woman found having sex in a public park near Stockholm last summer failed to convince Handen District Court that the incident was the result of an unfortunate accident. According to her version of events, the 29-year-old man had an epileptic seizure and happened to fall on top of her.
This account may have enjoyed more credibility had not the man told police last year that he had become sexually aroused on the evening in question. He admitted to shedding his trousers and engaging in sexual intercourse after the pair had visited a restaurant in Haninge, south of Stockholm.
The copulating couple were caught in the act after a witness alerted police.
Both parties pleaded not guilty to the charge of disorderly conduct, Expressen reports.
In court, the woman stuck to the story that epilepsy had brought them together in Högaland Park. The man however claimed that he was too drunk to remember anything.
The court found the pair guilty as charged and gave each of them a 500 kronor ($70) fine.
