Masturbating library man "wanted thrills"

A woman sitting at a library table reading a book in southern Sweden got a shock recently when she looked up and saw a man, partly hidden behind a bookshelf, fondling himself.
Sydsvenskan said after a few minutes the woman decided to get up and see what this mysterious man was up to. The man left the library, in Lund, but the woman followed.
“Sorry, I’m sorry,” the man told the woman outside when she told him to stop.
The woman took the man to court, where he admitted to masturbating in the library, but said it wasn’t his intention to threaten her. He said he just wanted to do something thrilling in a public place.
The district court said the man has to pay 10,000 kronor in damages and a fine equivalent to forty days' salary.
