Woman pours boiling water on sleeping husband

A woman from the Swedish town of Gävle is in trouble after pouring a pot of boiling water on her sleeping husband.
The woman was remand in custody on Friday. Her 60-year-old husband suffered third degree burns over 25 percent of his body.
“She has admitted to pouring water on her husband, but is giving another version than he is about what led up to the incident,” said prosecutor Annika Hessel in Gävle.
The burned man was forced to stay in bed for some 20 days because of his burns.
