Men jailed for putting sex video on Net

Two Swedish men are in trouble after putting a private sex video on the Internet.
During the fall of 2004, a 32-year-old man from Mora recorded sex he had with a woman. The man later sent the material - two self-produced films – to a 30-year-old Uppsala man who also passed the films on. The porn movies ended up on the Internet and became quite widespread to the shock of the woman.
The Mora district court ruled yesterday that both men defamed the woman by releasing such damaging footage of her.
Both were sentenced to three months jail and will each have to pay the woman 87,600 kronor in damages.
