New banknotes first with moving image

Sweden's Riksbank is to introduce new, safer 50 kronor and 1,000 kronor notes on March 15th.
The new notes will look more or less the same as the old ones, but will contain security details which will make them harder to counterfeit, wrote the Riksbank in a press statement.
The Riksbank will be the first central bank in the world to use the security feature of motion.
The 1,000 kronor note will include a moving image in the striped band. When the banknote is tilted, the picture in the striped band appears to move. In addition, both the 50 kronor and 1,000 kronor banknotes have been equipped with a foil strip and a transparent picture.
The old notes will remain in circulation, according to the bank.
