Wallenberg to chair Saab board
Marcus Wallenberg has been proposed as the new chairman of Swedish defence industry giant Saab. He will succeed Anders Scharp, who refused to stand for re-election after having been chairman since 1990.
Wallenberg has been a board member at Saab since 1992 and vice-Chairman since 1993.
At the same time, Lennart Johansson, who has been part of the management of investment firm Investor since January, has been proposed as a new Saab board member.
