The majority owner and managing director of travel company East Jet has been sentenced to two and a half years in prison by Gothenburg district court, after being found guilty of serious tax offences.
The managing director was charged in December after irregularities in the companies accounts were discovered.
According to the prosecutor, the sentence was also related to financial crimes in the company behind the web site 'Euapoteket', where prescription medicines were sold on the internet.
