Swe Fly applies for restructuring

The crisis-hit airline Swe Fly, which flies to Pakistan from Stockholm's Skavsta airport, has applied to Nyköping district court for permission for corporate restructuring, according to media reports.
The company, which has 100 employees, suspended flights between Skavsta and Lahore on September 2nd. At the same time, all payments were frozen, leaving the company with depts of up to 37 million kronor.
The application for reconstruction has been approved by the company's most important creditors, Sörmlandssparbanken and Almi Företagspartner.
A Stockholm law firm, Lindskog Malmström, has been given the task of looking into the legal conditions for continuing the business.
