Libyan diplomat found dead in Solna flat

A top Libyan diplomat was found hanged in his Solna flat on Tuesday. According to the police, the indications are that it was suicide.
The diplomat failed to turn up for work at the embassy on Valhallavägen on Tuesday and was found dead at 5pm in the flat he rented.
"We're still awaiting the post mortem report, but at the moment everything points towards suicide," said Diana Sundin of Västerort's police to TT.
A post mortem is being conducted because there are injuries on the body inconsistent with hanging. But the injuries could still be self-inflicted, according to Sundin. The post mortem will probably be carried out on Thursday in Solna.
