Ericsson buys Teleca OSS

LM Ericsson AB has announced it bought the Swedish systems integration telecoms company, Teleca OSS, for an undisclosed sum.
Teleca OSS is being sold by Teleca, an international IT consulting company with headquarters in Sweden.
Ericsson said the acquisition reinforces its focus on its growing professional services business.
Teleca OSS customers are mainly large network operators in the Nordic and Baltic region. Around 40 employees will be transferred from Teleca OSS to Ericsson's market unit for the Nordic and Baltic region.
