FlyMe expands Swedish service
Swedish Airline FlyMe is to increase the number of scheduled daily flights between Gothenburg and Stockholm.
Extra morning and evening flights are to be scheduled to meet consumer demand. From April 4th FlyMe will offer an early morning flight between Gothenburg and Stockholm, leaving Gothenburg at 6:50.
At present the company's first flight out of Gothenburg is at 07:30.
Meanwhile, the company is to hire two planes to Turkish airline, Tunisair during the summer season. This will ensure continued income for the Swedish airline during the low-season. There are typically less
travellers on flights within Sweden during the summer.
The deal with Tunisair will guarantee FlyMe at least 35 million kronor.
