SVT1 wins 2004 ratings battle

According to Dagens Media on Tuesday, SVT1 was the channel with the most viewers during 2004, claiming up to 25 per cent of the total ratings. TV4 came in second place with an estimated 24 per cent of viewers and SVT2 followed in third place.
TV3 had more viewers than Channel 5 throughout the year, and the rest of the television channels combined accounted for 17,4 per cent of Sweden's viewers.
TV4 is a definite winner with the women, claiming up to 26 per cent of Sweden's female viewers, according to Dagens Media.
