A 60-year old man in Eskilstuna has been caught with stolen goods worth at least 6.8 million crowns, according to TT and DN on Wednesday. The man was allegedly involved with a group of criminals targeting VCE (Volvo Construction Equipment), from where they stole disused car parts in order to sell them on to dealers.

The man claims he only paid "a few thousand" for the parts and didn't know the transaction was illegal. He also claimed he needed the parts of his own machines. According to the court "it must have been obvious to the man that the arrangement was not legal", reported TT and DN. Prison is the only sentence fit for this case, according to the court.
